Overall, I have been happy with The Starr Group for several years. My relationship dates back to 40 years ago, when I bought my first car. My folks had insurance through you for many years prior to that. I remember Bob Starr coming to my house to speak with my folks when I was a kid. What makes me happy is to have phone calls returned and timely. (In the past this was an issue. That was my only beef.)
Other comments: Despite having accidents and claims on both our auto and homeowners insurance, what we really rely on you folks for is to regularly monitor our situation to find the best insurance for the least cost. Please continue.
We don’t need “thank you, you’re the best” or “I’m sorry for your accident” notes written and sent. To me it’s not very personal and doesn’t mean anything. They go right into the recycle bin. Save your money!
