NEW FACES IN PERSONAL LINES
The Second Quarter at The Starr Group has been one of growth, and that’s good news for our Personal Lines customers. In April, the agency welcomed Josh Marcus and Andrew Page to the Personal Risk Advisor Team. In May, Anthony Reeves joined the Account Manager Team.
Josh Marcus grew up in Fox Point, Wisconsin, and is a graduate of UW-Madison and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Criminal Justice. He previously worked for a company headquartered in the United Kingdom and was responsible for sales and marketing in North America. He took the leap into the Insurance industry at the encouragement of his friend Andy Doucette, who is the Risk Advisor in the Emerging Business Unit at The Starr Group. “I’m excited about working with people and providing them with best-in-class consultative advice to get the most out of their risk management solutions.” Josh said. “I’m extremely grateful for and impressed by my teammates who have already been so helpful in crafting solutions that meet the specific needs of my clients!”
A native of Franklin, Wisconsin, Andrew Page attended UW-Milwaukee and has managerial experience in the hospitality industry which developed his networking and customer service skills and honed his ability to read people as well as problem solve. He was brought into The Starr Group by Nick Starr, President of the agency. “Nick and I shared a connection in the Service Industry,” Andrew said, “I believe he saw my ability to connect with people and keep close relationships with them. I’m looking forward to being an integral part of the Starr Group Team!”
A Manitowoc native, Anthony Reeves is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Information Technology Management. Anthony is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and brings attention to detail, effective communication, organization, and problem solving to our Personal Lines Customer Service Team. Although Anthony was hired by The Starr Group in May, he has been part of the family since November 2021 when he married the daughter of Tim and Mary Starr. “Having had the unique opportunity to familiarize myself with The Starr Group before joining,” Anthony says, “I consistently heard positive testimonials about the company’s culture from both current and former employees.”
These three new additions complement an already top-notch Personal Lines Team that includes Account Managers Pam Brackmann, Neil Berger, Mitch Kellner, Melissa Wolff and Ally Weisbrod; and Risk Advisor Kelly Daigle.
