Blessings come when you least expect it! That’s what Suzanne Swiezynski would tell you. She is our first Referral Winner for 2018! Suzanne referred her son and daughter-in-law to The Starr Group when they revealed they were looking for a new agent. “Their rates went up and I thought they might qualify for some of the coverage I have.”

When Suzanne recently experienced damage to the windshield of her car, the repair company was going to charge her out-of-pocket. Suzanne recalls: “I called The Starr Group and talked to Mary and she said, ‘oh NO. That shouldn’t be!’” Mary – the Personal Claims Advocate – then suggested a three-way conference call with the repair company and the insurance carrier. “Everything was worked out,” Suzanne said, “I was covered completely. Mary really saved me!”

For referring her son and daughter-in-law, Suzanne’s name was entered into our quarterly drawing for a $100 Visa Gift card. At the end of her visit to our office to claim her prize, Suzanne asked for additional Referral Cards. “I want to give them to the people at work,” she said with a twinkle in her eye.
