One Second. That’s literally the time it took to randomly draw Bill Nichols’ name declaring him the winner of a $100 Visa Gift card in The Starr Group’s quarterly Referral Rewards program. That's precisely what Bill did. When he learned his coworker was getting married and buying a house, Bill referred him to The Starr Group. “I just like how things are handled here,” he said.
