Two people spend time together getting to know each other better. They discuss hopes and dreams for the future. Trust develops as needs and mutual expectations are made known. When the relationship gets serious, they bring you home to meet the entire family with confidence you’ll be welcomed and well cared for.

It is the same way at The Starr Group. Our Risk Management Consultants get to know each customer. After learning about you, they make the recommendations in your best interest. When you sign on with us, you are then introduced to our “family”. You’ll meet our licensed Account Managers. They’re the group of folks who take care of you. They become your support network you when you have a change or a claim.

While some people just want a “set-it-and-forget-it” type of insurance experience, that’s not true for all customers. We recognize many clients want to stay in touch with us throughout the year. Whether that is through email, phone or stopping into our offices. We do our best to accommodate you.
