The First Fall Sport Shoot Invitational
It was a beautiful, sunny Tuesday afternoon, on September 22, 2020, when TSG held its first Fall Sporting Shoot Invitational. Organized by Risk Management Consultant Eric Messer and VP of Sales Paul Kraemer, the event was sponsored in part by Blue Book and West Bend Mutual Insurance. Representatives from area construction, manufacturing and real estate businesses were invited to the 8-Station Clay Shoot at Waukesha Gun Club. Six groups of shooters — ranging in experience from Gun Owners to First Timers — enjoyed the afternoon while safely social distancing. With a score of 43/50, Tournament winners were Jeff Anderson of Bob Anderson Builders and Craig Kazmierczak of Callen Construction. Following the Tournament, participants enjoyed a Chicken Wing Buffet from Andrea’s Red Rooster. Additional representatives from The Starr Group included Owner and CEO of TSG Tim Starr, and Rachel Geniesse and Cheryl Michalek of the Marketing Department. Plans are in the works to hold shooting events quarterly. The next invitational will be an indoors pistol tournament in January.
