A dedicated claims advocate helps you through the claims process when a loss occurs. Our claims advocate reviews any applicable notes to ensure your claim is processed timely. Expect a six-month courtesy call. We follow-up to see if you have any questions about your policy. We always encourage you to reach out to us at any time after that.

Look for an annual renewal reminder. We send a postcard that your policy is due to renew. That annual renewal is the ideal time to review your policy. We evaluate your current plan to make sure it still fits your needs and we consider any changes that would give you reason to alter your policy.

Security matters. We confirm the changes to your policy before acting. Immediately after requesting changes to your policy, expect a secure confirmation email.
