Wagner ROY WAGNER is a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and is the Leader of the Construction & Construction Litigation Section.

The largest segment of his practice relates to construction matters, including assisting owners, real estate and design professionals, contractors, and developers in facilitating their project and solving their legal disputes. Roy is recognized in the “Best Lawyers in America” in the Field of Construction Law. The Wisconsin Law Journal featured Roy as one of the top Construction Lawyers in Wisconsin. Since 2008, Roy has been listed in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers in Construction Litigation. In October 2013, Roy received the “Educator of the Year” award at the Daily Reporter’s Newsmaker of the Year Event which honored those making significant contributions to the construction industry. In March 2015, Roy was recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as a “Leader in the Law”. Roy previously served on the Board of Directors and completed two terms as Chairman of the State Bar of Wisconsin Construction Law Section. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Section.

Triebenbach LAUREN TRIEBENBACH is a Partner in Michael Best’s Real Estate Practice Group, providing strategic guidance to clients including contractors, design professionals, and owners.

She focuses her practice on delivering pragmatic advice and representation through matters involving: complex construction litigation, defect, delay, and payment disputes; advising clients on risk management procedures; assisting construction clients with perfecting lien claims; and negotiating and drafting construction contracts for general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and other construction professionals. Lauren is recognized in the “Best Lawyers in America” in the Field of Construction Law; she was also named a 2015 Up & Coming Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal. In 2019, Lauren was elected for inclusion in the inaugural Women in Construction list by The Daily Reporter. Lauren serves as an Advisor at the Construction and Public Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
