We also provide assistance in Human Resource Compliance, Loss Control, Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration, Corporate Wellness, Leadership Training and E-Services. We are unique in our approach to client services because of the high education requirements for our sales and service personnel. • Team of cold call specialists creating a consistent flow of qualified new business opportunities based on agents industry niche
• Submission specialist that handles the data gathering/lease review/marketing of new business opportunities
• Resource Manager that proactively facilitates all carrier and TSG third party safety/HR/training/efficiency initiatives to both attract and retain accounts
• Account manager/Account coordinator to act as first point of contact with clients to assist with day-to-day policy changes/billing/certs/etc…
• Collaboration with a local benefits agency allowing P&C agent to receive full commissions for referred benefits policies

Major Responsibilities:
• Warm Leads! Contact and develop relationships with assigned prospects who have been receiving Starr Group promotional material for years
• Provide comprehensive risk analysis and detailed recommendations to clients and prospective clients
• Advise and direct your client relationships to provide total risk wellness
• Provide professional and detailed client presentations
• Assist your Account Executive in gathering the necessary information for the preparation and completion of quotes-ou do not fill out the applications
• Assist your Account Executive with the service and renewal of your existing customer base
• Negotiate renewal increases with carriers
• Work with Account Executive to establish service standards on Stewardship Timeline
• Document systems as necessary

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Preferably licensed in Property and Casualty
• Also seeking individuals that are gifted in sales in other fields that may use their skillset to advantage themselves because of their expertise and relationships in other industries
• Proven track record of sales success
