Joan is a highly respected executive coach, Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator, producer and entrepreneur who inspires her clients and learners through her positive, “can do” attitude, her powerful insights and her genuine interest in the success of others. Joan’s coaching and facilitation experience ranges from working with Fortune 500 companies and national not-for-profit organizations to family owned businesses. Her programs facilitate individual and team growth with immediate integration for accountability, productivity and outstanding results.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Joan enjoyed a 20 year career in the staffing industry where she honed her skills in human resources and sales leadership. As a sales and operations leader, she specialized in delivering a 90-day “zero-to-millions” sales program designed to produce profound success. Considered to be in the top 3% of the sales professionals in the staffing industry, Joan was able to consistently achieve sales growth of $25 million in each new market. During that time, she managed complex contracts and program role-outs for companies like Bank of America, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Hughes and Abbott Laboratories.
A natural “maximizer”, Joan Sparks’ strength is in assisting her clients to unlock their potential and thereby transform something good into something great.
