It’s not too unusual for these to be considered one in the same. They are not typically the same by definition or as it may exist in your organization. A fair percentage of people, safety specialists and others, may refer to a safety program or even recommend one, and offer a manual or vice versa.</span></p>

            <title>Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) choices delayed</title>

            <description><![CDATA[<p>The Obama administration is delaying parts of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that would have offered a choice of plans on the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) beginning in January 2014.</p>
