Here at The Starr Group, we are committed to assisting you throughout your entire claim process. To accomplish this goal, we have implemented the following claim promise to all of our clients for Property, Inland Marine, Auto (other than windshield), and Liability claims.
If you do not hear from a claims adjustor within 48 hours of your initial call, we ask that you call us for assistance. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you within 48 hours.
To ensure that your claim is being handled to your satisfaction, we will contact you on both the 6th and 13th day after our initial conversation. We will then continue our presence until the claim is brought to closure.
