Community

In addition to supporting the communities we serve, we also feel strongly about supporting those in need.  We believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to us.

In Greenfield and surrouding areas our lions are well recognized members of the community.  We are honored to have recieved the pride and premisis award annually since 2006 by the SouthSuburban Chamber.  We believe our lions our symbolds ot our strength and leadership and community.

Lionel and Lionardo also serve as our mascots in the community.  Representing The Starr Group at various events.  For example, you can see them at:

• Greendale Gazebo Concerts handing out popcorn and water
• Waving in your local parade
• Representing The Starr Group FrozenAssets at The Special Olympic Polar Plunge
• Cheering on our "Edger" at The Over The Edge Special Olympic Event
• Donating toys to The Hope House for our Christmas Give Back Gift Exchange
• Or - standing steadfast outside our building - reminding the community what holiday or event is comming up through their various outfits!
